Summer Reading Challenge Prize GraphicJoin the North Palm Beach Library's Summer Reading Challenge for Ages 0 - 12. Visit the children's library and say, "I'd like my child to participate in the Summer Reading Challenge!" You will receive our Oceans of Possibilities Summer 2022 bag, a reading log, and stickers to fill your reading log. Read with your child or let your child take up the challenge to read by themselves. The choice is up to you!

Mark a sticker on your reading log for every book you read. Once you're done, turn in your reading log to receive a Summer Reading Goodie Bag for all your hard reading!

Free Food for Kids and Teens

The North Palm Beach Library is partnering with Summer BreakSpot to provide free meals for kids and teens, all summer long. Summer BreakSpot's goal is to provide gree, nutritious meals to kids and teens eighteen and under that don't have access to food. Lunch starts at 12:00 p.m. in the library's Obert Room and snacks start at 2:30 p.m.

Takeaway Kits

Our Summer Takeaway Kits are back! What is a Takeaway Kit? It's a craft kit you can enjoy at home with your children. Pick up starts on Mondays of each week and every day while supplies lasts! Small parts are in some of the kits, so we recommend them for ages over three years.

Hidden Book Challenge

Participate in our Find the Hidden Book Challenge! Every Tuesday, we will hide one book in the children's library. The best part? Once you find the book, you get to keep it and take it home with you. Be wary of the dummy books, though! You'll find a cardboard surprise. The Hidden Book Challenge starts every Tuesday for the summer and lasts until the book is found.

Page Turner Adventures

Join Page Turner and Kenny this summer, where every day is an adventure! Keep up with their episodes on Mondays, join them for crafts on Tuesdays, meet children authors/illustrators on Wednesdays, cooking classes on Thursdays, and follow their field trips on Fridays! Here's how to watch them all summer long:

Join us for weekly crafts at the library! We offer two crafts. One for ages 3 to 5 and another for ages 6 to 8. We split into two groups so everyone gets to enjoy a craft!

Jurassic Parts
