Village holiday event schedule includes all the traditions

The annual holiday events for this season are about to begin, so make sure to mark your calendar and join the fun at these great Village traditions!

Santa’s Mailbox

Nov. 29-Dec. 10

Special Santa mailboxes are outside the Village Library, the Anchorage Park offices and the Community Center. Just drop your letter in and we'll make sure Santa gets it. You'll also find forms for Santa's Texts there as well!

Santa’s TEXTS

Dec. 14-15

Santa has gone digital like everyone else! Complete a form, drop it in Santa’s Mailbox and Santa will personally send a text to your child on one of these evenings! Forms are available at Village Recreation Centers, the Library and on our Santa's Holiday Texts page here.

Tree Lighting Ceremony

Wednesday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.

The Village welcomes the holiday season with a Tree-Lighting Ceremony at Veterans Park, 501 U.S. Highway 1. Live music will make this tradition extra fun for everyone!

Holiday Boat Parade

Saturday, Dec. 4

For details, visit www.palmbeachboatparade.org. The Holiday Boat Parade is put on by the Marine Industries Association.

Santa’s Jolly Trolley Rides

Friday, Dec. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The whole family can ride in Santa’s trolley as you sing carols and look at holiday lights. The rides will last about 15 minutes. The cost is $1/person or $5/family. This event will be held at Veterans Park, and Santa will be there too.

Santa’s Visits (on a Village firetruck)

Saturday, Dec. 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Every year, Santa rides a firetruck through the streets of North Palm Beach. If you hear the trucks, just step outside and wave to Santa as he drives by your house! Check out this map of his routes, then monitor the Village Facebook or Twitter page for updates about when he is approaching your neighborhood.
