Caryn Gardner-Young has joined the Village as the new Community Development Director. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position and has more than 20 years of experience in community development, serving in various leadership roles throughout her career. Her expertise in planning, zoning, and economic development will be invaluable to the community as the Village continues to grow and develop.

Caryn is excited to work with staff and residents to create a thriving and sustainable community. She is committed to fostering open communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure that the Village's development is done in a manner that reflects our community values.
