Letter from Farmer's Table owner Joey Giannuzzi
To the community of North Palm Beach:
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to this great village that we have become part of. We are truly grateful for your support at Farmer’s Table and love all the new friends that we have made in our almost two years here in the Village.
With your support, you have given us the opportunity to activate the property in so many ways! Comedy Night comes to mind along with our health and wellness seminars, community-themed dinners, Independence Day bash, supporting the youth orchestra, and so many more to boot. Not to mention how many of you have been celebrating special occasions with us in the beautiful Grand Ballroom - from weddings and bar mitzvahs to those big birthdays and showers! Lunch and dinner allows me to meet new people and hear their stories about the history of the Village! Happy hour is also always a blast and Sunday football has become a must with our Sunday ticket.
Over the years, we have listened to you, our community. We value tremendously all of the feedback, both good and bad. Therefore, I wanted to take the time to announce a really spectacular initiative that we are implementing based on your feedback.
We are going to activate the space as a true country club and offer two concepts within. As you know, most country clubs in the area have different levels of dining, from very casual to high-end date night to special occasion-type. At Farmer’s Table, we are blessed with two dining rooms, two kitchens, great chefs and managers and are going to do just that!
We will soon transform what we have been calling the “Grill Room” into the NPB Public House, essentially “a tavern on the green”! The Farmer’s Table space in the pavilion will receive a more streamlined menu, server uniform update, and cocktail list, but will still be the standard for a great meal in North Palm Beach. Perfect for date night and special occasions, the same as it has always been and the restaurant you have come to love, open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. And, don’t forget our brunch on the weekends with our bottomless program! With the change, cuts of meat like filet mignon and top sirloin will become permanent fixtures on our new dinner menu (and I know you are going to love our version of the French dip on our new lunch menu). We are going to stay true to our concept and still offer “consciously sourced food prepared in a healthy way” with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options all still a staple. There will be big flavors and presentations without the chemicals, like always. Reservations will be a must and I think you are going to really like our new menu and vibe!
The NPB Public house will serve as a casual dining concept complete with French fries (yes, from a deep fat fryer), pitchers of beer, buffalo wings and your favorite bar food with our commitment to excellence constantly in execution. Competitive pricing and specials galore! Come watch your favorite games as we add more TVs or stay and listen and dance to live music during happy hour. We are building a stage and hope at some point to have live music seven days a week. A no reservation, come-as-you-are kind of vibe whether straight from work, after a day at the beach or out on the boat.
