Our Hot Cars and Chili Cookoff draws almost 100 classic cars each year. Each car competes for Participant’s Choice, Staff’s Choice, Mayor’s Choice and the Top North Palm Beach Resident Cart. While browsing the cars, jamming to live music, and enjoying a beverage or two, enjoy chili from our Chili Cookoff. Chili vendors compete for People’s Choice, Judge’s Choice, and Best Decorated. Do you think you have what it takes to compete for the hottest car and delicious chili? Registration starts mid-December each year.
Find a treasure, or two, or three at our Village-Wide Garage Sale! Shoppers can literally find anything at this huge sale – even a kitchen sink! Over fifty individual garage sales come to one location for every garage sale buyer’s dream. Interested in being a garage sale vendor? Check back for registration starting in February.
The hunt is on! The egg hunt that is. Join us on Easter Weekend for the Flashlight Egg Hunt for ages eight (8) and older. Bring a flashlight with fresh batteries and something to stash your goodies in! Then, for ages zero (0) to seven (7), join the Annual Egg Hunt. The hunt will be divided into three sections: ages 0 – 2, 3 – 5, and 6 – 8. Parents can only help children in the under 2 and under 5 sections. Don’t forget to bring your own basket! And don’t forget to hop on over to meet the Easter bunny. In between, we also have our Easter Bunny Fire Engine Visit!
In celebration of Arbor Day, Parks and Recreation and the Environmental Committee presents Garden Fest: An Arbor Day Celebration. We will be hosting our first annual bike parade and having a celebration at the community garden at Osborne Park, 705 Prosperity Farms Rd., North, Palm Beach, Florida, 33408. For those participating in the bike parade, please meet at 9:20 AM in the Osborne parking lot. The route is less than 1 mile and will take place on the west side of prosperity. Starting at 10 AM we will have various activities, including a kickball game for ages (ages 13+), radish tasting, face painting, a garden talk with a guest speaker, music from the North Palm Youth symphony, rock, painting provided by the NPB Library, as well as a tree raffle. We will also be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. See you there!
You and your family are invited to celebrate the Fourth of July with the Village of North Palm Beach and North Palm Beach Country Club. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and sit back and relax as you enjoy the fantastic fireworks display.
Join the Anchorage Aweigh Fishing Tournament! This fun tournament is available to both youth and adults. Lines go in the water at 6:00 a.m. and weigh-in takes place at the Anchorage Park Marina from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Inshore anglers fish for trout, sheep’s head and snapper. Offshore anglers fish for king, dolphin, wahoo, mutton snapper and grouper. Compete for heaviest catch in both youth and adult divisions.
Join us for our Touch-a-Truck and Fire Safety Fair! Watch fire demonstrations and get hands-on with a variety of working trucks that make life possible in our modern world. Kids enjoy sitting in the driver’s seat of many different trucks and vehicles. The Fire Safety Fair offers a great opportunity to see the equipment firefighters use and meet the people who work hard to keep our city safe.
Sign up for our Links 5K Ghost Run! Wear your best Halloween running outfit and take your place in the costume contest! All finishers receive a unique collector’s medal and breakfast courtesy of Farmer’s Table. Don’t forget the Lil’ Goblin Gallop for kids under eight.

We’re in modern times, and even Santa knows how to text! Santa will text your child and chat about their wish list with Santa's Holiday Texts. Complete a Latter to Santa Form and drop it into Santa’s Mailbox that can be found around North Palm Beach. One at Anchorage Park (603 Anchorage Drive), one at the North Palm Beach Library (303 Anchorage Drive), and one at the Community Center (1200 Prosperity Farms Road).
Take the whole family to ride on Santa’s Trolley around the Village of North Palm Beach. Enjoy neighbors’ holiday lights and decorations. Then, step into the North Palm Beach Library’s Winter Wonderland and visit Santa! Treats and crafts will be provided by the Friends of the North Palm Beach Library.
