On Tuesday, May 2nd, the Village Planning Commission will:
- Consider an application for paint color change in the 300 block of Golfview Road.
- Consider approving a recommendation to Council for a Village-initiated zoning text amendment to enact the residential ad-hoc committee recommendations to regulate artificial turf.
- Consider zoning text amendments that include the Ad Hoc Residential Code Revision Committee's recommendations for sheds and artificial turf approval, both with specific conditions required.
- Consider a Village-initiated zoning text amendment to the C-3 Regional Business District (former Twin Cities Mall site) and review related comments from the Florida Department of Transportation.
