[ARCHIVED] Planning Commission to review FDOT comments about Twin Cities site

On Tuesday, May 2nd, the Village Planning Commission will:

  • Consider an application for paint color change in the 300 block of Golfview Road.
  • Consider approving a recommendation to Council for a Village-initiated zoning text amendment to enact the residential ad-hoc committee recommendations to regulate artificial turf.
  • Consider zoning text amendments that include the Ad Hoc Residential Code Revision Committee's recommendations for sheds and artificial turf approval, both with specific conditions required.
  • Consider a Village-initiated zoning text amendment to the C-3 Regional Business District (former Twin Cities Mall site) and review related comments from the Florida Department of Transportation.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
