[ARCHIVED] PZAB will consider change to Transitional Commercial Zoning District

On Tuesday, April 1, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:

  • Consider approval of a Master Sign Plan changes for properties in the 700 block of Northlake Boulevard.
  • Consider approving the installation of a new 20-kilowatt generator with a concrete pad, a 6-foot white aluminum screen enclosure, and landscape screening in the southwest section of the property at 701 Northlake Boulevard.
  • Consider approving a change to an existing monument sign and installation of a new building wall sign at 2545 Northlake Boulevard.
  • Consider approving a Major Modification to an existing Planned Unit Development for the addition of a .93-acre parcel, the construction of a one-story 4,837 square-foot office building, and the removal of a 2,300 square-foot office building and the unbuilt 10,000 square-foot maintenance facility on the Benjamin School campus at U.S. 1 and McLaren Road.
  • Consider approving an amendment to the Village sign code for the Commercial Mixed-Use Zoning District along U.S. 1.
  • Consider a staff request for approval of a zoning ordinance amendment to adopt a new table of uses for the Transitional Commercial Zoning District.
