The Council will:
- Issue a proclamation to formally recognize and honor National Public Works Week and the hard working Village crews who keep the Village looking great and keep public areas safe from physical hazards.
- Review and potentially approve a Grant Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, securing grant funds totaling $59,250 for the essential preparation of a Vulnerability Assessment.
- Consider on 2nd reading a request by Village Staff to amend Village Code to set an automatic expiration period for Site Plan and Appearance Approvals.
- Consider approval of purchasing two Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup trucks from Duval Chevrolet, at a cost that does not exceed $87,138.
- Additionally, the Council will explore the potential increase of a Blanket Purchase Order with Precision Landscape Company by $100,000. This allocation aims to bolster landscaping and grounds maintenance services across various Village Departments.
