   Use this form to request pickup of bulk items at residential properties. Village Solid Waste crews pick up bulk items on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY, and an appointment is required. The home owner does NOT need to be present on pick-up day. If you do not want to use this form, you can make an appointment by calling (561) 691-3440.

   You will not receive a response from this submission unless additional information is needed.
