File a Universal Application Form

The Village has a new "Universal" Planning and Zoning Petition Application, which can be used for all Planning and Zoning requests.  This is the only application needed for any Planning and Zoning reviews, such as for the Master Sign Program, PUDs, Plats, Special Exceptions, Variances, Time Extensions, Appeals and more.  One application is all you need!  

To make the application process easier, use this Application Matrix,. It shows which documents must be submitted with the Universal Application. There are also checklists below to show what is necessary for each a particular petition. They provide information about filing fees for each type of request.
