The project has been postponed while awaiting FDEP approval and the release of funding through FEMA.
5. What are the recommendations for new projects or revised recommendations?
Upon the postponement and removal of the only remaining project listed on the PPL during this reporting year, the Village plans to submit additional infrastructure projects to be considered by the LMS Committee for inclusion on the Fall 2024 PPL. The recently completed Stormwater Planning process, undertaken to draft a new Stormwater Master Plan, identified several projects which are good candidates to submit for inclusion on the PPL. Stormwater tidal check valves are another possible project to be submitted to the PPL.
Additionally, the Village plans to continue its ongoing work on storm water pipe & catch basin repair, as well as swale re-establishment.
